(1)

If—

(a)

a provision of the Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Act 1977 (Cwlth) expresses an idea in particular words; and

(b)

a provision of this Act appears to express the same idea in different words because of different legislative drafting practice;

the ideas must not be taken to be different merely because different words are used.

(2)

A comparative table of the provisions of this Act and the provisions of the Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Act 1977 (Cwlth) is set out in schedule 3.
