3 Executed Agreement to have the force of law, and ratification thereof
(1)
Upon the making of the Agreement—
(a)
the provisions thereof shall have the force of law and take effect as if the Agreement were an enactment of this Act; and
(b)
the Agreement shall be deemed for the purposes of section 19 of the Casino Control Act 1982 and for all other purposes to be ratified by Parliament.
(2)
The date of the making of the Agreement shall be notified by proclamation.
