128 Authority of judge
The said officers respectively, and any officer prosecuting for them respectively, shall, at any time after the opening of the court at the sittings or sessions at which the trial is to be had, or the sentence passed, deliver the said documents, or any of them, to the proper officer of the court, if and when the presiding judge so directs. hdg prec s 129 om 1992 No. 40 s 72
