280 Application of provisions about use of video link facilities or audio link facilities
(1)
The amended provisions apply to a proceeding for an offence, whether the proceeding started before, on or after the commencement of this section.
(2)
In this section—amended provisions means the following provisions as amended or inserted by the Criminal Law (Criminal Organisations Disruption) and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2013—
(a)
sections 4, 23EC and 139;
(b)
part 6A.
