Division 2Amendment of complaints, summonses and warrants

50 Recording of amendment

If an order is made for the amendment of a complaint, summons or warrant, the Magistrates Court or justices must—

(a)

immediately enter particulars of the amendment on the complaint, summons or warrant; and

(b)

give a copy of the order to the party against whom the order is made on request by the party.
