Surrender of licence

In force

A keno licensee may surrender the keno licence only after giving written notice of the proposed surrender to the Minister—

(a)

at least 3 months before the surrender; or

(b)

if the Minister, by written notice given to the licensee approves a shorter period of notice—before the time approved by the Minister.
