20 Land access ombudsman not subject to direction
The land access ombudsman is not subject to direction by anyone about—
(a)
the way the ombudsman performs the ombudsman’s functions; or
(b)
the priority given to—
(i)
investigations of land access dispute referrals; or
(ii)
the conduct of an ADR; or
(c)
an action taken under part 4.
