30 Officers not subject to outside direction
An officer is not subject to direction by anyone, other than from within the office, about—
(a)
the way the land access ombudsman’s powers in relation to an investigation under this Act, or an ADR under part 3A, are to be exercised; or
(b)
the priority given to investigations or an ADR under part 3A.
