31E Leave of absence
(1)
This section applies to a person who is on a leave of absence from office as a member of Coexistence Queensland that has been approved by the Minister under the Coexistence Queensland Act 2013, section 15.
(2)
While the approved leave of absence is in effect, the person is taken to also be on a leave of absence from office as a member of the advisory council.
