61 Delegation
(1)
The land access ombudsman may delegate any of the ombudsman’s functions to an appropriately qualified officer.
(2)
The land access ombudsman may delegate a function of the ombudsman mentioned in section 16(1)(a) or (b) to an appropriately qualified contractor of the ombudsman.
(3)
However, the land access ombudsman must not delegate to a contractor mentioned in subsection (2) the giving of advice, recommendations or reasons under section 51(6)(b).
