Leave of absence for member of advisory council

In force

(1)

This section applies to a person if—

(a)

before the commencement, the Minister had approved a leave of absence for the person under the Coexistence Queensland Act 2013, section 15; and

(b)

immediately before the commencement, the approved leave of absence was still in effect.

(2)

From the commencement until the time the approved leave of absence stops having effect, the person is taken to also be on a leave of absence from office as a member of the advisory council.
