110 Minister may build roads
(1)
The Minister may authorise the building and maintenance of a road serving land made or to be made available under this or another Act.
(2)
The Minister, and a person acting under the Minister’s authority, has the same liability, and the same duties, as a local government for a matter under this division.
(3)
If the Minister authorises a road to be built, it must be built to at least the standard applying to similar roads in the local government area.
