180G Permittee to give up possession on cancellation or surrender
(1)
On the cancellation or surrender of a permit, the permittee must immediately vacate the permit land.
(2)
If the permittee does not give up possession under subsection (1), and is not otherwise entitled to be in possession, the permittee is a person who is unlawfully occupying the land.
Note—Action for trespassing may be taken under chapter 7, part 2.
