200 Noxious plants condition
(1)
All leases, licences and permits are subject to the condition that the lessee, licensee or permittee must keep noxious plants on the land under control.
(2)
If a person does not comply with subsection (1), the Minister may bring the noxious plants under control.
(3)
The Minister’s cost of bringing the noxious plants under control is a debt owing to the State and may be recovered from the person in a court of competent jurisdiction.
