214K State may take action and recover costs
(1)
This section applies if a person subject to a compliance order does not comply with the order within the period stated in the order.
(2)
The State may—
(a)
take the action required under the compliance order; and
(b)
recover from the person the reasonable costs of taking the action as a debt due to the State.
