Amounts owing to the State to be deducted

In force

If a lessee or other person is entitled to payment under this part, the State may deduct the following amounts from the amount payable to the lessee or other person—

(a)

an amount in payment of expenses incurred by the State to rectify damage caused to the land by the lessee;

(b)

any amount owing to the State under this Act.
