279A Registration of documents lodged or matters notified under particular Acts
If a document is lodged with the registrar of titles under a provision of the Forestry Act 1959 or Nature Conservation Act 1992, the registrar must register the document in the appropriate register.
If the registrar of titles is notified of a matter under a provision of the Forestry Act 1959 or Nature Conservation Act 1992 that affects land registered in the land registry, the registrar must record the matter in the appropriate register.
If a conservation agreement is recorded in the land registry in relation to land, the agreement is taken to be—
for sections 162(5), 164F(2)(d), 172(5), 176G(2) and 176S(2)—a relevant registered interest; or
for sections 176(2)(c), 176K(3)(c), 240K(1), 240L(9), 325(1)(b), 327C(2) and 360D(2)—a registered interest.
