339M When mediation ends
The mediation ends if—
(a)
the parties to the dispute enter into a binding and enforceable agreement resolving the dispute; or
(b)
an arbitral proceeding in respect of the dispute starts under subdivision 4; or
(c)
a party to the dispute starts any other proceeding in relation to the dispute; or
(d)
the mediator and the parties to the dispute agree to end the mediation; or
(e)
the mediator decides continuing the mediation has, for any other reason, become unnecessary or impossible.
