373AA Particular matters about easements and permit land
(1)
An easement may be created over permit land without the permittee’s consent.
(2)
If permit land is subject to an easement, the rights of the grantee under the easement prevail, to the extent of any inconsistency, over the occupation rights comprising the permit.
