373B Requirements of document creating covenant
(1)
A document creating a covenant may be registered only if—
(a)
it is validly executed; and
(b)
it includes a description adequate to identify the land to be the subject of the covenant; and
(c)
it includes a description of the covenant; and
(d)
the chief executive has given written approval to the covenant.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not limit the matters that the appropriate form for a document creating a covenant may require to be included in the form.
