373N Amending a profit a prendre
(1)
A profit a prendre may be amended by registering a document amending the profit a prendre.
(2)
However, the document must not—
(a)
increase or decrease the area of land the subject of the profit a prendre; or
(b)
add or remove a party to the profit a prendre.
