373ZE Requirements for registration
(1)
The registrar of titles may register a document creating an indigenous cultural interest for land only if the document—
(a)
is validly executed; and
(b)
includes—
(i)
a description and map adequate to identify the part of the lease land the subject of the interest; and
(ii)
the terms of the interest, including the right to access and use the land; and
(c)
is accompanied by a copy of the approval under section 373ZD.
(2)
This section does not limit the matters that the appropriate form for a document creating an indigenous cultural interest may require to be included in the document.
