375 Document of transfer to trustee
(1)
A transfer of an interest to be held in trust may be registered only if—
(a)
the transferee is eligible, under this Act, to hold the land on trust; and
(b)
either of the following is deposited with the transfer—
(i)
a document, in the form required by the registrar of titles, stating details of the trust;
(ii)
a certified copy of a document creating the trust.
(2)
The document deposited with the transfer does not form part of the register.
