390ZC Application of division
(1)
The powers under this division may be exercised if an authorised officer enters a place under section 390N(1)(a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (g) or (h).
(2)
However, if the authorised officer enters under section 390N(1)(a) or (h), the powers under this division are subject to any conditions of the consent or terms of the warrant.
