403S Requirement for making conditional offers
(1)
This section applies if an offer is subject to conditions.
(2)
The offer must state—
(a)
that, for the offer to be accepted, the conditions must be complied with within the offer period; and
(b)
that the offer lapses if the offer is not accepted under this Act within the offer period.
