431Y Obstruction of use or enjoyment
A person must not obstruct another person—
(a)
in the other person’s exercise of the right of public use of a declared beach area; or
(b)
in the other person’s performance of functions or powers in a declared beach area.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
