43G Effect of cancelling operational deed of grant in trust
On the cancellation of all or part of the operational deed of grant in trust under section 43E, the following apply in relation to the land the subject of the cancellation—
(a)
the trust ends;
(b)
all appointments of trustees are cancelled;
(c)
the deed of grant is issued subject to any registered interests affecting the land immediately before the issue of the deed of grant.
