487 Existing concessions continue
(1)
A lessee who was entitled to a concessional rent or instalment under the repealed Act is entitled to the same benefits under this Act.
(2)
Subsection (1) has effect subject to any provisions of a rent and instalment regulation relating to changes of a lessee’s circumstances.
