498 Time in which offer must be accepted
(1)
An offer made before 1 January 1995 lapses on 31 March 1995.
(2)
An offer made on or after 1 January 1995 lapses 90 days after it is made.
(3)
The Minister may extend the time during which an offer may be accepted.
