521E Divesting and vesting trust land
(1)
This section applies if a trustee of trust land is a trustee—
(a)
mentioned in section 44(2)(c) or (e) as in force immediately before the commencement of this section; and
(b)
represents the State.
(2)
On the commencement of this section, the trust land is vested in the State as trustee of the land.
(3)
The chief executive must register the vesting.
