521T Provision about change of purpose for reserves
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
under section 31B as in force before the commencement, the purpose of a reserve that was not a community purpose was changed to a community purpose; and
(b)
the change was registered before the commencement.
(2)
The change is taken to have been lawfully made under this Act.
(3)
In this section—
commencement means the day this section commences.
