521ZR Extension application for protected area lease
(1)
This section applies to an application for the extension of the term of a protected area lease under the unamended Act, section 164C if—
(a)
the application was made before the commencement; and
(b)
on the commencement, the extension has not been granted or refused.
(2)
The application is taken to have been withdrawn.
