52A Declaration that trustee is statutory body
The trustee of trust land, in the capacity as trustee, is a statutory body for the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982.
Subsection (1) applies despite the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982, section 6(1).
Note—Under the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982, section 6(1) various entities are not statutory bodies, including, for example, a company incorporated under the Corporations Act and a GOC.
The Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982, part 2B sets out the way in which the powers of the trustee under this Act are affected by the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982.
