531 Existing disputes
(1)
New chapter 6, part 4, division 3A applies in relation to a dispute mentioned in new section 339B whether the dispute started before or after the commencement.
(2)
However, new chapter 6, part 4, division 3A does not apply in relation to a dispute if, before the commencement, the dispute was referred to mediation under former section 339B.
