78 Winding up may continue after revocation, cancellation or sale
The liquidator may continue to wind up the trust even if the—
(a)
dedication of the reserve has been revoked; or
(b)
deed of grant in trust has been cancelled; or
(c)
trust land has been sold by the mortgagee in possession.
