46 Retirement of judicial registrars
(1)
A judicial registrar must retire on reaching 70 years of age.
(2)
Despite subsection (1), a judicial registrar who, before reaching 70 years of age, starts the hearing of a proceeding may remain a judicial registrar until the hearing ends.
