77A Annual report
(1)
The president must, within 4 months after the end of each financial year, the first of which is the financial year ending 30 June 2008, prepare and give to the Minister a report on the operations of the Land Court for the year.
(2)
The Minister must cause a copy of the report to be tabled in the Legislative Assembly within 14 days after its receipt by the Minister.
