83 Appointments and entitlements of registrar, deputy registrars and other officers continue
(1)
From the commencement of section 4, the appointments of the registrar, deputy registrars and other officers (the officers) to the Land Court, in force immediately before the commencement, continue.
(2)
Each officer remains entitled to all rights accrued and accruing to the officer under the officer’s appointment.
