12 Compliance with laws
The sublessee of the sublease must comply with all lawful requirements of—
(a)
the local government for the local government area in which the sublease land is situated; or
(b)
any department of the State or the Commonwealth; or
(c)
another entity with jurisdiction over the sublease land, or the development, use or occupation of the sublease land.
