18 Deciding purchase price for particular grants of unallocated State land—Act, s 122
(1)
For section 122(3) of the Act, this section prescribes the way the Minister must decide the purchase price for granting unallocated State land to—
(a)
the State or MEDQ under section 122(1) of the Act; or
(b)
a constructing authority under section 122(2)(a) of the Act.
(2)
The Minister must decide the purchase price for the land in the way the Minister considers appropriate.
