30 Category 16 tenure
Each of the following tenures is a category 16 tenure—
(a)
a tenure over land at a place known as an ‘Economic Development Queensland industrial estate’;
(b)
a lease for which the chief executive has, under section 16 of the Act, assessed the most appropriate tenure for the lease land as freehold.
