86 Continuation of declaration of regulated islands—Act, s 434A
(1)
For section 434A(1) of the Act, each island mentioned in schedule 5 continues to be declared as a regulated island.
(2)
The declaration, under the repealed Land Regulation 2009 section 61A, of each island mentioned in schedule 10B of that regulation continues under subsection (1).
