39 Application of pt 2, div 4A to existing off-the-plan contracts

(1)

This section applies to an off-the-plan contract that—

(a)

is entered into before the commencement; and

(b)

immediately before the commencement—is not settled.

(2)

Part 2, division 4A applies to the off-the-plan contract.
