58M Management requirement
The same entity must be responsible for providing management services for all of the dwellings in the build to rent development.
However, the discounted rent dwellings in the build to rent development may be managed by another entity if—
the other entity is a registered community housing provider; and
all of the discounted rent dwellings in the build to rent development are managed by the same registered community housing provider.
In this section—
registered community housing provider means a national provider or a State provider within the meaning of the Housing Act 2003.
