186 Action to correct wrong inclusion of a lot
(1)
If the registrar is satisfied that section 185(1)(g) applies to an indefeasible title, the registrar may correct the indefeasible title.
(2)
A person affected by the correction may apply to the Supreme Court for an order that the correction be amended or set aside.
(3)
The application must be made within 1 month after the person receives written notice of the correction.
