222 Engagements and agreements under former s 35
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
before the commencement, the chief executive had engaged an entity under former section 35(4); and
(b)
on the commencement, the engagement—
(i)
has not ended; and
(ii)
has not been transferred to the titles registry operator under a transfer notice.
(2)
The engagement is taken to have been entered into by the registrar under new section 35(4).
(3)
In this section—transfer notice see the Queensland Future Fund (Titles Registry) Act 2021, section 20.
