97B Requirements of instrument of covenant
(1)
An instrument of covenant must—
(a)
be validly executed; and
(b)
include a description sufficient to identify the land to be the subject of the covenant; and
(c)
include a description of the covenant.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not limit the matters that the appropriate form for an instrument of covenant may require to be included in the form.
