126 Chairperson’s functions
The chairperson’s functions are—
(a)
subject to section 127, to arrange the objection conference; and
(b)
to encourage a full exchange of opinion between the parties, including a full disclosure of information relating to the objection; and
(c)
to make recommendations to either party about matters raised at the conference.
