128 Conduct of conference

(1)

The objection conference must be conducted—

(a)

in the way the chairperson considers appropriate; and

(b)

as quickly and with as little formality and technicality as possible.

(2)

The chairperson may, for the purpose of the conference—

(a)

accept any document from anyone; and

(b)

distribute any document to anyone.

(3)

The chairperson may adjourn or end the conference at any time.
