131A Immunity from civil liability
(1)
A chairperson for an objection conference is not civilly liable to someone for an act done, or omission made, honestly and without negligence under this Act.
(2)
If subsection (1) prevents a civil liability attaching to a chairperson, the liability instead attaches to the State.
